This special Reiki-infused sound bath journey offers a quiet pause at the turning of the season. Settle into stillness as layers of sound and the gentle presence of Reiki invite you to soften, turn inward, and reconnect with yourself.

Together, we’ll honor the longest night and consider what we’re ready to set down and what we want to carry forward. There’s no need to force a release or have your next chapter figured out. Simply come as you are and allow yourself to receive.
