Next in studio Sound Bath & Meditation will happen on the Winter Solstice in December!
This is by far my FAVORITE sound bath as we nestle in and prepare for the winter season. You may book these experiences now to reserve your spot.
Saturday evening, December 21st at 7:00PM in Midtown. All you have to do is show up, lay on your mat, relax, and let it all go.
We will be journaling, pulling cards, and of course I will have oils and eye pillows to enhance your experience.

As the longest night of the year invites us to journey inward, this guided experience offers a time for deep rest, reflection, and renewal. Through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing & Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, and other healing instruments, you'll be guided into a meditative state that gently releases tension, clears the mind, and opens the heart. This nurturing soundscape will help you reconnect with your inner light and realign with your intentions as you prepare for the gradual return of the sun. The meditation encourages you to let go of what no longer serves, making room for growth, clarity, and inspiration in the year ahead.
Each sound bath is unique to help you relax and reflect. We begin the session with reflection (where your journal will come in handy), a 15-20 minute sound healing meditation, followed with a sound bath with various bowls and instruments.
These experiences are never duplicated and are approximately 75-90 minutes in length.
