Grounding and Safety

About Grounding and Safety

This week is about gently arriving and moving out of your mind and into your body - noticing where you are supported and safe, without needing to force or fix anything.

This first week is about dropping into the body, your breath, and the present moment. Grounding isn’t something you force or “do right.” It’s the sense of being here, supported, and not bracing for what’s next.

Rather than searching for safety, this experience invites you to notice where steadiness already exists. Small moments of ease, subtle support, and places in your body that don’t need fixing become the foundation for everything that follows.

As you move through this week, the intention is simple: slow down enough to feel yourself here. From that place, clarity begins to emerge naturally, without effort or pressure.
