The focus is on feeling your emotions without overthinking them and learning to stay present without needing to fix or react.

This week is about learning to feel without getting pulled into the story. Instead of analyzing or trying to change your emotions, you’ll begin to notice them as signals, something to be experienced, not solved.

Emotions move when they are felt, not when they are managed. As you slow down and stay present, you may start to recognize that what you feel in your body is often simpler and more honest than what your mind creates around it.

The intention this week is to build space between feeling and reacting, so you can stay with yourself without needing to fix, avoid, or explain what’s there.
