In this short welcome, I’ll orient you to the Tuning In experience - what it is, how it’s structured, and how to move through each week in a way that feels supportive rather than overwhelming. I’ll also share a few simple guidelines to help you get the most out of this self-guided format, including how to listen, reflect, and integrate without overthinking or trying to “do it right.” This experience is designed to meet you where you are. There’s no schedule to keep, no outcome to chase, and no expectation beyond showing up, listening, and allowing the process to unfold in your own time.

Alexis Nelson is a USUI/Holy Fire Reiki Master Teacher and the founder of Latitude Wellness.
